Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This policy covers how Developers World LLC collects, processes, discloses, and safeguards personal and business information for Lead Forge AI.

Developers World LLC("we," "our," or "us") operates Lead Forge AI. We are committed to protecting data privacy and ensuring the security of personal and business information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, disclose, and safeguard personal data within our outreach sales application, lead generation tools, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect data necessary to power our outreach engine, email verification, and lead generation functions:

  • Account Data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment details provided during registration.
  • Prospect & Lead Database: Business contact details, including full names, work email addresses, corporate telephone numbers, job titles, LinkedIn profiles, and company demographics.
  • Usage and Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, interaction logs, and browser-based configuration signals (including Global Privacy Control signals).

2. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance

This section applies to individuals residing within the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland.

A. Legal Basis for Processing (B2B Lead Generation)

For the purposes of B2B prospecting and data enrichment, Lead Forge AI relies on Legitimate Interest as its legal basis under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Our legitimate interest lies in enabling businesses to discover relevant professional opportunities and connect with business decision-makers. We ensure that:

  • The data processed is limited strictly to professional, business-related contact information.
  • The processing does not disproportionately impact the data subject's fundamental rights to privacy.
  • A formal Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) is regularly conducted and documented.

B. Your Rights Under the GDPR

EEA and UK data subjects possess the following statutory rights:

  • Right of Access (Article 15): Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification (Article 16): Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten" (Article 17): Request permanent removal of your professional data from our database.
  • Right to Object (Article 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will immediately cease processing your data without exception.
  • Right to Data Portability (Article 20): Request a machine-readable transfer of your data.

C. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Data collected by Lead Forge AI is transferred to and secured on cloud servers located within the United States. For transfers of European data to jurisdictions not deemed to offer an adequate level of data protection, we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to enforce strict data protection safeguards.

3. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Compliance

This section applies exclusively to residents of the State of California. Under the current statutory framework, the temporary CCPA exemption for B2B data has fully sunsetted. Consequently, business contact information (work emails, job titles, cell numbers) is fully covered under California law.

A. Notice of Collection: Categories of Personal Information Disclosed

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected, and for business purposes disclosed, the following categories of personal information to our service providers and contractors:

  • Identifiers: Real name, professional alias, work email address, direct phone number, and IP address.
  • Professional/Employment Information: Current employer, job title, work history, and industry sector.
  • Commercial Information: Services purchased, transaction histories, and user account metadata.

B. Data "Selling" and "Sharing" Disclosures

Lead Forge AI provides a data-enrichment platform. Under the broad statutory definition of the CCPA, compiling, licensing, or providing access to commercial business profiles may constitute the "selling" or "sharing" of personal information.

  • We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
  • We do not collect or process "Sensitive Personal Information" (such as SSNs, biometrics, or precise geolocation).

C. Your California Privacy Rights

  • Right to Know & Access: Request details regarding the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the specific pieces of data held.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information collected, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: Request remediation of inaccurate professional records.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Direct us to halt the sale or sharing of your business information to platform users.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not penalize, downgrade, or alter service pricing for any user exercising their statutory privacy rights.

D. Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Automated Signals

Our web platform is technically configured to automatically recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. If your browser transmits a valid GPC signal, our system automatically processes it as a frictionless request to opt-out of data sale and sharing for that session.

4. Statutory Compliance Mechanisms (DSAR and Opt-Outs)

To exercise your rights under GDPR or CCPA, you may submit a verifiable Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) through the following options:

Response deadlines: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 days. We fulfill validated CCPA requests within 45 days and GDPR requests within 30 days. Verified profile suppressions from our search, outreach, and data-sharing features are typically completed within 10 business days after verification.

5. Third-Party Disclosures & Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

We do not disclose data to third parties unless they are contractually bound by rigorous Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). All service providers, processors, and platform integrations (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery engines) are legally barred from retaining, using, or disclosing personal data for any purpose other than providing services specified in our contracts.
